Portland Trailblazers guard Damian Lillard is from East Oakland, and he’s not about to let the Bay Area forget it.

Hours before tip off of Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals Tuesday night at Oracle Arena, the Brookfield Village native was spotted wearing a personalized Oakland A’s jersey.

Lillard returns home for his first-ever conference finals appearance tonight at 6 p.m. averaging an eye-popping 28.4 points per game in the postseason, second only to Golden State’s Kevin Durant among players still vying for a title.

The product of St. Joseph Notre Dame High School in Alameda and Oakland High is expected to have 15 family and friends in attendance.

The moves put the A’s in an uncomfortable position.
