Houston native and pop star Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z were spotted courtside at Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets. The couple are regulars at NBA games, especially when the stakes are high.
The “Homecoming” star and producer was famously spotted with Jay-Z at Game 1 of the 2018 Western Conference Semifinals matchup between the Warriors and the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Warriors won that game 123-101, and the camera caught her cheering on the Dubs as Klay Thompson hit a three-pointer at one point in the game.

Despite her cheering for the Warriors last year during the Western Conference semifinals, Beyoncé was wearing red-and-black stockings and is no doubt cheering on her hometown squad. Jay-Z’s fashion choices didn’t hint at an allegiance, though Kevin Durant, the Warriors star who’s injured, is signed to Rocnation.
But Jay-Z and Beyoncé weren’t the only celebrities at the game.
“Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke was also there. And when the Rockets’ staff showed her on the big screen at the Toyota Center, they referenced her role as Daenerys Targaryen. According to Chronicle reporter Connor Letourneau’s Twitter post, “Rockets fans freaked out when she appeared on the big screen.”
DURANT OUT: Warriors star Kevin Durant out for rest of West semifinals
Chris Walder, NBA editor at The Score, joked that “Emilia Clarke and Beyonce are at the Warriors-Rockets game. That’s the ‘Game of Thrones’ final battle we all deserve, frankly.”
Rockets legend Hakeem Olajuwon, who led the team to NBA championships in 1994 and 1995, also attended the game.
