A feminine motorist following Whitlock’s Ford Fiesta noticed Mr Smith, 76, and was horrified when his automotive didn’t brake in time.

Ms Brogan and Whitlock each pulled over to verify on Mr Smith and persuaded the person to go to hospital, calling an ambulance for him.
